Dare You To Soar Through Resistance
Resistance…good ‘ole Webster Dictionary sums up resistance as opposition. Opposition is something that we don’t like in our life and we try, at all costs, to avoid it. Many people perceive resistance as this giant in their life. The giant of opposition.
We all have the ability within us to face that giant head on. We absolutely can defeat the giant! The best way to bring the giant down is to not call attention to it. What exactly do I mean by this?
If you are always focused on the resistance in your life, the giant will continue to gain strength and will bring more resistance into your life. What ever is at the forefront of your mind is exactly what comes to fruition. If you want to weaken the giant, your focus must be on what you want and where you are going to. If you do not fuel the giant, there is no way it can gain or muster the strength that it needs to defeat you. You are the conqueror!!
That being said, it is not what you are going through it is what you are going to. If you are experiencing resistance in your life, just keep on going through it. Don’t stop to give the giant some additional energy. Just pass it by and focus on your end results. In the end, your focus on what you are going to will deplete the giant and you will have one the battle!
Go out there and conquer your giant today! You are amazing!
Letting Go Part 1
Do you let things build and build and build only to explode over a glass of spilled milk? It’s just spilled milk, but somehow that situation was the straw that broke the camels back.
There are feelings and situations in our life that do not serve us. Many times we think this is “just the way it is”. No! Absolutely not!! Do not accept this!
The feelings of guilt, resentment, anger, pain, drama, overwhelmed feelings, etc. are the vampires that will easily drain the life out of you. You must acknowledge them in order to collapse them and let it go.
Today I have an exercise for you in letting go. This is part one of a two part video. Letting go is essential to living your life fully, peacefully, and in a relaxed state.
Get into action right now and complete this exercise. This will be a necessary to participate in the next exercise. Remember, this list is only for you. Dig deep and get those situations and feelings on your card.

Are You A How Or Why Self-Talker?
Your self-talk is imperative to you success, belief, and everything you do in life. If you feed your mind with negative self-talk, guess what your mind believes…that’s right, negative. It believes the “I can’t do it…or I’m not good enough…”. You get the idea.
Your words are your law and they do not return void. The next time something ventures off course, be conscious of your self-talk. Watch my video below to see what I am talking about.
Imagine the shift that could occur in your life just by changing why to how. Pretty powerful. My biggest tip for you today is to be more present and more aware of your self-talk. Try to catch yourself in it. I’ve caught myself and I find myself saying, “Get out of your head right now!”. Crazy as it may seem, it eliminates the negative and brings forth the positive in a much more positive way.
