Letting Go Part 2

lg2 Yesterday’s post focused on identifying the feelings and situations that keep us stuck in life.  Crazy thing is that we may be stuck and not even realize it accepting “that’s just the way it is”.  So if you took action, you have your list of things that you want to let go of.  The things in your life that no longer serve you in a positive, inspiring way. Identification is the first step.

Today we are taking the second step of letting go.  We are going to officially release those feelings and situations.  While we can physically let go easily, we must also let go emotionally.  The emotional component does not happen over night.  We must make the conscious effort to stay focused on what we want from life and not what we don’t want.
